Sourced from McLaren Vale, this 2025 Grenache is bright scarlet red with ruby hues. Aromas of vibrant red fruits and star anise unfold with savoury notes of aged prosciutto and warm candle wax. The palate is bright and expressive, with cranberry, pomegranate and blood orange layered over delicate notes of peppered salami. Fine, chalky tannins and a subtle creamy texture provide savoury depth, energy and a long, sustained finish.
